Is the realisation that WE (in this case) or I..
"I have the right to change my mind"
If I'm empowered with new evidence, new information or something icky in a person's character that puts my decision into question - I will exercise my right to change my mind with no apologies, no explanations, no regrets (unless we have a work agreement, in that case - my integrity is important and I will never jeopardize it for anything).
And yes, that means I also understand if a person changes their mind too. I get it. No hard feelings. I want to believe they have made a decision that best serves them. So I choose to respect their right, as I expect them to respect my right.
As a fluid person, I have learned to adapt to things I can't control.
That is the freedom we talk about. I hold nothing, and nobody bound.
I can make space for something, but I can also fill the gap with something else or someone else. I am a creative - and that means I have the abundance of imagination. Finding solutions is my forte. It is my superpower.
A creative always has unlimited options...and sees unlimited possibilities.
So - Not this time? Maybe, next time.👍🏽
Not YOU?...Then Maybe somebody else will.
Surely, I have expectations, but if they aren't met, my "next level mindset" is *solution focused*...
• Who or what will give me what I need to get there.
• How can I make this right?
• What do I need to DO to solve this problem?
• Who do I need to become - in order to fix this challenge, right NOW?
I don't have time to be squeezing a Square Peg in a Round Hole. And I never want to be that square peg forcing things to ▪︎BE▪︎. I also DO NOT have to cling to an old decision I made.
Don't cling to a decision just because you spent a long time making it.
"If I knew then - what I know now, would I have made the same decision?".
If your answer is "No"...then move on!
Life is amazing when we give ourselves the FREEDOM to change our minds and adapt to positive change.😁
