I'm Positive 2019 is Your Year of Expansion

If you are honest with yourself. There were moments In 2018, you held back, you didn't step out of your box - because of FEAR (maybe you had one leg in and one leg out...or you did for a little while, and then you went back in - chilling in your nice comfort zone), maybe you allowed yourself to be distracted, restricted, caged or hindered by self limiting barriers and tragic circumstances.

Or maybe you became a prisoner of habit and tradition. Doing the exact same thing the same way you have always done IT or maybe you are doing it - the exact same way, everyone else you know is doing IT. Seems pretty basic to me.

Well, thank goodness 2018 is old news. 2019 is here...And it's time to expand.

Happy New Year to you! I'm so friggin' excited to write you my first NAKED Weekly for 2019.

I hope you are ready to UNCOVER the "next level" to your greatness! I have no doubt that this year will be filled with lots of MAGICAL moments that will blow your mind.

And I'm here - ready to SUPPORT you as you become the highest EXPRESSION of what it means to operate in your personal greatness.

Yessssss! I call 2019 the Year of EXPANSION... Because this is the year you will expand the way(s) you are expressing your Greatness. Call it your Upleveling 20.19. Ha ha. Trust me, you didn't wake up today, just to be mediocre.

But - As you plan your goal or intentions for 2019. I would love to call your attention to three words I shared in my interview with UK based "Global Woman Magazine", that will play a major role in your EXPANSION this year.

Freedom. Expression. Collaboration.  #1) Freedom - because you have decided to give yourself the liberty to spread your wings, try new things and learn new ways of doing things, you will give yourself permission to be creative beyond your imagination and beyond other people's limitation, you will allow yourself to even make mistakes and grow from the lessons (no harsh self-judgment).

#2) Expression - because you will no longer hide or mask your brilliance, you will not shut down your feelings, suppress who you are or what you desire, neither will you DIM your lights for anyone. You will speak up, stand up and be SEEN/Heard because hiding your value does not serve you nor serve the world. And it's time for you to reveal all of that greatness inside you.

#3) Collaboration - because SUCCESS is not a one-man journey, you need to travel with others going the same path. You need other amazing people like you to help you actualise your vision or succeed in your goals, whether they show up as mentors, strategists, coaches, teammates, employees, contractors, fans, audience, clients, joint venture partners, investors or collaborators.

Bottom line - YOU NEED PEOPLE and you need to cultivate these relationships.

You can't do success alone. Joining forces with the right people, who have the right information, expertise or resources for where you are going - will make the journey to your expansion - faster, easier and more fulfilling.

This reminds me of one of my latest international interview with Iconic Voice Actor, DAVID BROWER... We had a rather interesting conversation about FREEDOM.

Thinking about this makes me chuckle.

There was a time in my life when FEAR was my middle name.
I used to be afraid of walking out the door and dying.
I used to be afraid of commitment.
I even used to be afraid of having all my many creative talents. Yikes!

I used to be afraid of being alone... losing people and even property. So I held on to so many things and people I should have let go of.

Of course, I used to care how people saw me, my body, my beauty and I wanted to fit into their ideal picture of what beauty or success was.

We've all experienced FEAR. whether it is the fear of failure, fear of not being good enough, fear of other people's judgment, fear of not being loved, fear of being imperfect, fear of making mistakes... Some are even afraid of SUCCESS...Yesssss. I'm serious. Whatever kind of FEAR you battle with...

We have felt it and many times continue to experience it and be limited or RESTRICTED by our fears.

I know for sure that the antidote to fear is FREEDOM because freedom cures you of perfectionism which causes a lot of our internal fear, and I explain it in PART 1 & 2 of my two-part interview with Iconic Voice Actor, DAVID BROWER.
